Morgellons Conspiracy Theories?

This area is for conspiracies behind morgellons. Please attempt to keep your "conspircacies" rooted in http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Verifiability and reality and not totally unfounded wild-eyed paranoid handwaving. In other words, this is a place discuss "Dr." Staninger's "Nano Robots" etiology for morgellons. To clarify this theory, it would be great if someone posts a picture of an actual nano robot, and some science-based information on how such a nano robot is "powered."
